This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our Patio Barn website located at patiobarnmn.com.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 We strive to provide products and services of the highest quality and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Any custom ordered items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

2. Refund Process

2.2 Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

2.3 Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.

2.4 If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Custom Ordered Items
  • Any order that has been delivered or used
  • Any item that is picked up by the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Seller is responsible for all return shipping. 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
