This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Patio Barn website located at www.patiobarnmn.com.

1. Shipping Methods

1.1 We currently offer shipping in the United States

1.2 We personally deliver our furniture fully assembled. Delivery includes 1 delivery driver that will unload you product at your door. The customer is responsible to help move tables and chairs to the patio.

1.2 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. The cost of shipping will depend on the delivery method you choose, the size and weight of the products, and the destination of the delivery.

1.3 We deliver for free for the first 105 miles from 56258 zip code. If you are located past 105 miles the shipping rate is $2/mile.

1.4 In certain circumstances we are unable to deliver past 600 miles from our store location. If we are unable to deliver your product we will refund your order.

1.5 In the event, the website inaccurately calculates the shipping rate we may have to cancel and refund you order.

1.6 Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to use any third party shipping carriers such as FedEx/UPS/DHL/ETC. We will not accommodate any third party shipping carriers. 

2. Processing Time

2.1 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-7 days of receiving payment. This applies to IN STOCK orders only. Any custom order on the website takes an average of 6-8 weeks, but may be extended during peak season (April-August). We are not liable for unexpected changes in lead times.

2.2 Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we encounter any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and other factors beyond our control.

3.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable, to track the status of your delivery.

3.3 Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other logistical issues.

5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Pick Up

6.1 You are welcome to pick up furniture at our store location. We are located at 1507 East College Drive Marshall, MN 56258. Our furniture arrives FULLY assembled. You are responsible for bringing any shipping materials (blankets/straps/enclosed trailers/etc.) in order to pick up your furniture. Once you pick up the product, Patio Barn releases all liability on any damages. There are no refunds or returns on furniture that is picked up.
